The Laboratory of Medical Image Computing performs research in medical image processing and analysis and provides support to clinical and scientific medical imaging research projects within the Johns Hopkins Medicine community. We develop algorithms for image segmentation, tissue classification, morphometric analysis, and longitudinal image analysis.
